GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (TFCC)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all subscription transactions concluded through the TFCC membership platform. Any natural or legal person subscribing to TFCC services and completing payment through our secure payment platform is considered a "member."

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: TFCC only accepts members who are 18 years old and above. This age requirement ensures members can legally enter into contracts and understand the professional implications of copywriting services. Any subscriber who does not meet this age criteria will have their subscription cancelled and receive a full refund upon verification of age.

Article 2: Subscription Order

Any subscription to TFCC services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale and our privacy policy.

Article 3: Pricing

Prices are indicated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) inclusive of applicable taxes. The current monthly subscription fee is RM49 per month. Prices may be subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to existing members. However, the price applied to your subscription will remain fixed until you receive official notification of any price changes.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is processed monthly on a recurring basis from your subscription date. You can pay by credit card or online banking. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with international security standards.

Article 5: Service Delivery

Access to TFCC membership content and community is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Services are delivered digitally through our online platform and Telegram community. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and internet connectivity required to access our services.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data (PDPA Compliance)

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. By subscribing to TFCC, you consent to our collection, storage, and processing of your personal data including:

• Name, email address, and contact information

• Payment and billing information

• Your participation in community discussions and feedback sessions

• Progress tracking and engagement with course materials

We collect this data to:

• Provide membership access and customer support

• Process payments and manage subscriptions

• Send important updates about membership content

• Improve our services based on member feedback

Your data is stored securely and will only be shared with third parties for payment processing or as required by Malaysian law. You may request access to your personal data or request its deletion by contacting us at [contact@nazurahar.com].

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Article 7: Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your TFCC membership at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service. Access to membership content terminates immediately upon cancellation.

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

TFCC provides educational content and community support for copywriting skill development. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and implementation. We are not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of our educational materials.

Article 9: Applicable Law

All clauses in these general conditions of sale and all subscription transactions are subject to Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Malaysian jurisdiction.
